After having been training scouts for GUIDO since 2016, Mr. Kessner and Mr. Pritscher, representing the vocational segments of industrial management assistants and industrial mechanics respectively, are now handing over their posts to the new training scouts Ms. Alina Zandt (industrial management assistants) and Mr. Leon Zitzer (industrial mechanics).

Mr. Kessner summarised his two year stint in the post as follows: "The activity of a training scout is definitely to be recommended, not just for the company, which is presented positively as part of it, but also for the trainee who does it. Speaking in front of groups is trained, you develop improvisation skills to enable you to give answers to questions you are not prepared for, and you assume a certain degree of responsibility for instilling inspiration in new trainees for their vocation and their company."

We wish to thank Mr. Kessner and Mr. Pritscher for their efforts and wish Ms. Zandt and Mr. Zitzer every success in their time as training scouts for GUIDO.
