Savings of over two million kilograms of CO2!

GUIDO is not just an innovative company when it comes to the development of high-performance lines for sustainable and environmentally friendly generations of engines. The company also sets benchmarks in terms of its own energy consumption. In addition to converting to 100 percent green electricity, GUIDO also saves energy by using energy-saving LED light sources for example. Outdoor lighting in all areas of the company is reduced to the absolutely necessary minimum. Room temperatures have been reduced by around two to three degrees in all areas. Heat recovery systems are used, for example on compressors, to save energy as well. The recovered heat is supplied to the heating systems and reduces their consumption. These measures alone mean that the company will save more than two million kilograms of CO2 in 2023! Rigorous sustainability and active climate protection are therefore not just key cornerstones in the area of product development, but also in terms of the consumption of energy at the company.
