Top-quality products can only be produced with top-quality tools and machines. At GUIDO, therefore, the tools and machines are all made in-house. The internal machine and tool design departments ensure permanent machine availability. Machine-related production downtimes are unheard of at GUIDO, because on top of an extensive spare parts depot for machinery and tools, the company’s maintenance team ensures maximum machine availability on a preventive basis and provides a rapid response in an emergency. All the machines required for the production of finished parts are available on a multiple redundancy basis at the company’s main site or at its sister companies.
