Close to serial production prototype lines – fast and flexible

GUIDO sets standards here too when it comes to customer service. With a portable bending machine developed in-house, including our own mobile CAD calculation programme, we are able to produce prototypes quickly and flexibly on site at the customer’s premises. These prototypes can be used for function tests in the engine. Close to serial production prototype parts for endurance testing can be generally supplied within just a few weeks. It goes without saying that customers are also provided with complete measurement reports to go with them. This means that customers are able to identify at first sight any non-conformities which may remain before the serial production version.

If you do happen to run into the odd tight scheduling problem, we can also get your project back on track again within just a few days, including prototype deliveries – provided it involves standard raw material.
